AnhangA. Allgemeine Angaben Die ANSARES Service GmbH mit Sitz in Gosen-Neu Zittau ist im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Frankfurt (Oder) unter der Nummer HRB 12713 FF eingetragen Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und der einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Das Geschäftsjahr der Gesellschaft ist das Kalenderjahr und umfasst den Zeitraum vom 1. Januar bis 31. Dezember. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Die Aufstellungserleichterungen des HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften i.S.d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB wurden in Anspruch genommen. B. Erläuterungen zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Die Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen entsprechend der gewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer angesetzt. Für die angeschafften beweglichen, selbständig nutzbaren Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens mit Anschaffungskosten bis EUR 800,00 wurde eine Sofortabschreibung vorgenommen. Die Forderungen wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Das Guthaben beim Kreditinstitut sowie der Kassenbestand wurden zum Nennbetrag ausgewiesen. Die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Sie tragen möglichen Einzelrisiken angemessen und ausreichend Rechnung. Der Teil der Rückstellungen, welcher auf Ausgaben entfällt, die nach Ablauf des dem Abschlussstichtag folgenden Geschäftsjahres anfallen, wird mit dem ihrer Restlaufzeit entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz der vergangenen sieben Geschäftsjahre abgezinst. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt. Haftungsverhältnisse nach § 268 Abs. 7 i.V.m. § 251 HGB bestanden zum Bilanzstichtag nicht. C. Ergänzende Angaben 1. Geschäftsführung Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft waren im Geschäftsjahr 2021 Herr Andre Ernst, Berlin. Herr Nico Sebastian Hopf, Berlin 2. Mitarbeiterzahl Im Geschäftsjahr wurden durchschnittlich 27 (Vorjahr: 29) Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. 3. sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Aus Miet- und Leasingverträgen bestehen sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen in Höhe von TEUR 82,5.
