Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2010I. Allgemeine Angaben zum JahresabschlussDer Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2010 ist nach den deutschen handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften aufgestellt. Von den Erleichterungsvorschriften des § 288 HGB i.V.m. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht. Die Gesellschaft wendet seit dem 1. Januar 2010 die handelsrechtlichen Bilanzierungsregelungen in der Fassung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) an. Umstellungseffekte aus der erstmaligen Anwendung ergaben sich nicht. II. Angewandte Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDie Bewertung erfolgte unter dem Aspekt der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit. Die Umrechnung von in Fremdwährung lautenden Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten erfolgte gemäß § 256a HGB mit dem Devisenkassamittelkurs zum Abschlussstichtag. 1. Finanzanlagen Die Bewertung der Finanzanlagen erfolgte zu Anschaffungskosten. 2. Forderungen und Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Bewertung erfolgte zu Nennwerten. 3. Rückstellungen Steuer- und Sonstige Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. III. Angaben zur Bilanz1. Forderungen Sämtliche Forderungen haben eine Laufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. 2. Eigenkapital Das Stammkapital beträgt € 25.600,00. IV. Sonstige Angaben1. Vertretung und Geschäftsführung Geschäftsführer:
2. Anteilbesitz Die Gesellschaft ist alleinige Komplementärin der Allgemeine Flensburger Autobus Gesellschaft AFAG GmbH & Co. Kommanditgesellschaft mit Sitz in Flensburg und einer Einlage von DM 2.000,00 (€ 1.022,58). 3. Mutterunternehmen Die Gesellschaft wird in den Konzernabschluss der Förde Reederei Seetouristik GmbH & Co. KG mit Sitz in Flensburg einbezogen. Der Konzernabschluss wird beim elektronischen Bundesanzeiger eingereicht.
