Allgemeine Angaben zum Abschluß des Geschäftsjahres Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Bilanzierung und Bewertung wurde nach den für Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) vorgenommen. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Rückstellungen wurden unter Beachtung des Vorsichtsprinzips in Höhe des Betrages gebildet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung zum Zeitpunkt der Bilanzaufstellung notwendig ist, um die Verpflichtungen zu erfüllen. Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungswert angesetzt. B. Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführer Die Herren Volker Lahr, Volkmarsen, und Benjamin Willers, Bad Arolsen, sind zu Geschäftsführern der Gesellschaft bestellt.
