ANHANG1. Allgemeine Angaben Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 HGB. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze und Erläuterungen In Aufbau und Gliederung folgen Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung den gesetzlichen Regelvorschriften. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Das in der Bilanz ausgewiesene Anlagevermögen wird zu den Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Die unfertigen Arbeiten (Vorräte) wurden zu Herstellungskosten bewertet. Forderungen sind zum Nennwert bilanziert. Bei den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Alle Forderungen haben eine Laufzeit von nicht mehr als 1 Jahr. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungswert ausgewiesen. Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Laufzeit von bis zu 1 Jahr. 3. Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführer: Thomas Frahm, WP/STB, Hamburg 4. Verbundenes Unternehmen 100% der ARTOS GmbH - Geschäftsanteile werden gehalten durch die NTU Norddeutsche Treuhand Union GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Steuerberatungsgesellschaft Hamburg
