ANHANGDie Gesellschaft entstand im Jahr 2003 als 100 %-ige Rechtsnachfolgerin der Vivex GmbH. Gegenstand der Gesellschaft ist die Beratung und Durchführung von Dienstleistungen im IT-Bereich, die Entwicklung von Software sowie der Vertrieb von Computern und anderer Hardware. Bilanz sowie Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind nach den Vorschriften des 3. Buches des HGB erstellt. Auf die Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze der Gesellschaft finden die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB Anwendung. Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beachtung der generellen Bewertungsvorschriften der §§ 252 bis 256 HGB, sowie unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen Ansatz- und Bewertungsbestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften nach den §§ 269 bis 275, sowie 279 bis 283 HGB, erstellt.
Die Feststellung bzw. Billigung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte am: 27.03.2013 |
