Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2011I. Bilanzierungsgrundsätze Die Gesellschaft ist als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) einzustufen. Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und 264 ff. HGB sowie den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, wurden überwiegend im Anhang gemacht. II. Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Bewertung wurde nach den Bestimmungen der §§ 252 bis 256 a HGB vorgenommen. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert oder dem am Bilanzstichtag niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages passiviert. Sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz zum 31.12.2011 1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände In den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von EUR 31.050,00 (Vorjahr: EUR 29.700,00) enthalten. 2. Bilanzgewinn Im Bilanzgewinn in Höhe von 5.809,45 EUR ist ein Gewinnvortrag in Höhe von 4.433,20 EUR enthalten. 3. Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben - wie im Vorjahr - eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr IV. Sonstige Angaben 1. Angaben zu Geschäftsführungsorganen Im Berichtsjahr war zur Geschäftsführerin bestellt: - Frau Catharina Abicht-Villhauer, gesamtverantwortliche Geschäftsführerin 2. Unbeschränkt haftende Gesellschafterin Die Gesellschaft ist unbeschränkt haftende Gesellschafterin der Scuderati GmbH & Co. KG mit Sitz in Starnberg. 3. Gewährte Vorschüsse und Kredite an Geschäftsführer Der Geschäftsführung wurden Kredite gewährt. Diese entwickelten sich im Geschäftsjahr 2011 wie folgt:
