Anhangfür des Geschäftsjahr 31. Dezember 2023 der LEAF GmbH AllgemeinesDer Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 238 ff. HGB sowie den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt. Die Gesellschaft zählt zu den kleinen Kapitalgesellschaften. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenAnlagevermögen Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen erfolgen linear entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer, die auf der Grundlage der steuerlichen AfA-Tabellen geschätzt wurde. Von der Bewertungsfreiheit für geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter im Einzelwert bis 800 € wird gem. § 6 (2) EStG in vollem Umfang Gebrauch gemacht. Aus Vereinfachungsgründen wird im Anlagenspiegel im Zugangsjahr gleichzeitig der Abgang im selben Jahr unterstellt. Umlaufvermögen Die Forderungen sind zu Nennwerten, die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt worden, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt worden. Erläuterungen und ergänzende Angaben zur Bilanz und GuVIm Berichtsjahr wurde ein Jahresergebnis EUR -101.418 (Vorjahr EUR - 44.481) erzielt. Die negativen Jahresergebnisse in den Bilanzen 2023 und im Gründungsjahr 2022 resultieren aus den Kosten für den Aufbau einer Produktionsküche, die den Erfordernissen für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen entspricht. Die Fertigstellung, mit den erforderlichen Umbaumaßnahmen, wird voraussichtlich im Frühjahr 2025 beendet sein. Zur Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens wird auf den Anlagenspiegel verwiesen.
