AnhangBilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Allgemeine Erläuterungen zum Jahresabschluß Der Jahresabschluß der Firma Helms Sped.GmbH wird auf der Grundlage der neuen Rechnungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften sind die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Sie ist nicht prüfungspflichtig hinsichtlich der Buchführung, Jahresabschluss mit Bilanz, GuV, Anhang und Lageberichts. Sie hat aber eine Aufstellungspflicht für den Jahresabschluss mit Bilanz, GuV und Anhang, jedoch nicht für den Lagebericht. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Wertansätze der Eröffnungsbilanz sind mit denen der Schlußbilanz des vergangenen Jahres identisch. Die Bewertung der Vermögens- und Schuldposten erfolgte entsprechend den handelsrechtlichen und steuerrechtlichen Vorschriften. Bei der Bewertung wurde von der Fortführung der Unternehmens ausgegangen, die Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden sind zum Abschlussstichtag einzeln bewertet. Die Forderungen sind mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Fristigkeiten von Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten sind in den Bilanzpositionen genannt. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Bewertung des Anlagevermögens geht aus der beiligenden Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens hervor. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von Euro 410,-- wurden im Jahre des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben. Abschreibungen des Geschäftsjahres nach allein steuerrechtlichen Vorschriften Die Vorräte sind mit den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Grundsätzliche Änderungen gegenüber dem Vorjahr in der Ausübung von Bewertungswahlrechten sind nicht zu verzeichnen. |
