Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Die Greenman Retail GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Berlin. Die
Gesellschaft ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Berlin
(Charlottenburg) unter HRB 243489 B eingetragen.
Die Gesellschaft ist nach den Größenkriterien
des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB eine kleine Kapital-gesellschaft.
Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2023
ist nach den Vorschriften des HGB aufgestellt worden. Die
ergänzenden Bestimmungen des GmbHG wurden beachtet.
Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen
für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses
gemäß §§ 274a und 288 HGB wurden
teilweise in Anspruch genommen.
II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Die Bewertung wurde nach den allgemeinen Bestimmungen
der §§ 252 bis 256 HGB vorgenommen.
Die als Finanzanlagevermögen erfassten Anteile an
verbundenen Unternehmen sind zu Anschaffungskosten
bewertet.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
sind zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Erkennbaren Ausfallrisiken
wird durch die Bildung von Einzelwertberichtigungen
Rechnung getragen.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen
alle erkennbaren Risiken und sonstigen ungewissen
Verpflichtungen. Die Bewertung erfolgt in Höhe des
Erfüllungsbetrages, der nach vernünftiger
kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich ist, um
künftige Zahlungsverpflichtungen abzudecken.
Zukünftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen wurden
berücksichtigt, sofern ausreichende objektive Hinweise
für deren Eintritt vorliegen. Rückstellungen mit
einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestehen nicht.
III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz
Von den Verbindlichkeiten haben 35.840.173,59 EUR
(Vorjahr: 35.815.815,72 EUR) eine Laufzeit von mehr als 5
Jahren.
IV. Sonstige Angaben
Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 erfolgte die
Geschäftsführung durch Herrn John Grattan
Wilkinson, Paris/Frankreich.
Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Geschäftsjahr
2023 keine Arbeitnehmer.
Gemäß § 293 Abs. 1 HGB ist die
Gesellschaft von der Pflicht zur Aufstellung eines
Konzernabschlusses befreit.
Es wurden Beherrschungs- und
Gewinnabführungsverträge mit 10 Gesellschaften
abgeschlossen. Daher wurden die Jahresergebnisse dieser
Tochtergesellschaften an die Gesellschaft abgeführt.
