Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1HGB auf. Die Gliederung entspricht den §§ 266 und 275 HGB. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. 2. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. DieForderungenund Sonstigen Vermögensgegenständesind mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Die Liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Als Aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden Auszahlungen bilanziert, sofern sie Aufwendungen für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Bilanzstichtag darstellen. Der Ansatz der Rückstellungen erfolgt in Höhe des voraussichtlichen Erfüllungsbetrags. Die Verbindlichkeitensind mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt. 3. Angaben zur Bilanz Von den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von EUR 119.933,68 (Vj. EUR 123.701,09) Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschafter. Sämtiche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von kleiner einem Jahr. 4. Sonstige Angaben Im Geschäftsjahr 2011 erfolgte die Geschäftsführung der Gesellschaft durch die Geschäftsführerin: - Frau Nicole Schaal, Kauffrau München, 29.
