Allgemeine Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der HEP Treuhand GmbH, Heilbronn, wurde nach den Vorschriften der

§§ 264 ff. HGB unter Anwendung der Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften im Sinne von

§ 267 Abs. 1 HGB aufgestellt.

Soweit Angaben wahlweise in der Bilanz und/oder im Anhang vorgenommen werden können, wurden diese zur besseren Klarheit im Anhang aufgeführt.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Entgeltlich erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer planmäßig abgeschrieben.

Finanzanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken wurden durch Einzelwertberichtigungen berücksichtigt.

Der Kassenbestand und die Bankguthaben wurden mit ihrem Nominalbetrag angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen bemessen sich nach der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme.

Angaben zur Bilanz

Umlaufvermögen

Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände haben insgesamt eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr.

Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

Alleiniger Geschäftsführer im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr war Herr Ingo Burkhardt, Ilsfeld

Der Jahresabschluss wurde am 10. Mai 2011 festgestellt.
