Anhang zum Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2010I. Bilanzierungs-, Bewertungs- und GliederungsgrundsätzeDie auf den vorangegangenen Jahresabschluss angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind vorbehaltlich von Änderungen durch das BilMoG beibehalten worden. Die Gliederung der Bilanz entspricht den gesetzlichen Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften (§ 267 HGB). Von größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften (§ 267 HGB i.V.m. § 288 HGB) wurde Gebrauch gemacht. Forderungen Die Bewertung der Forderungen erfolgt zum Nominalwert. Liquide Mittel Liquide Mittel sind zu Nennwerten bilanziert. Steuerrückstellungen Die Steuerrückstellungen betreffen die voraussichtlichen Körperschaftsteuernachzahlungen des Berichtsjahres. Die Bewertung erfolgt in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich ist, um die zukünftigen Zahlungsverpflichtungen abzudecken. Verbindlichkeiten Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert. II. Angaben zur BilanzFristigkeiten Forderungen Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestehen, wie im Vorjahr, nicht. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten haben, wie im Vorjahr, sämtlich eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. III. HaftungsverhältnisseZum Bilanzstichtag bestehen keine Haftungsverhältnisse. IV. Organe der GesellschaftGeschäftsführer ist der Kaufmann
Der Geschäftsführer ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. V. BeteiligungenDie Gesellschaft ist persönlich haftende Gesellschafterin der Poesis KG, Bremen. Das Kommanditkapital, welches den überwiegenden Teil des Kapitals darstellt, beträgt T€ 300. Die Gesellschaft erzielte einen Jahresfehlbetrag vor Verlustübernahme von T€ 22. Die Beteiligungsquote als Anteil am Restergebnis der Personenhandelsgesellschaft beträgt 0 %. VI. UnternehmensverbindungenDie Gesellschaft ist im Rahmen der Firmengruppe Cordes & Graefe, Bremen, ein verbundenes Unternehmen.
