Anhang zum Jahresabschluss 31. Dezember 2023I. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet. Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 angeschaffte geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter (GWG) wurden bis zu einem Einzelwert von EUR 800,00 in voller Höhe abgeschrieben. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden nach sorgfältiger Würdigung der Bonität vorsichtig bewertet. Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen decken erkennbare Risiken sowie ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten; sie sind unter Beachtung vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung auf Basis der verfügbaren Informationen und Unterlagen dotiert. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Nennwert bzw. höheren Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert. II. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände enthalten Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von EUR 48.893,08. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen im Wesentlichen ausstehenden Urlaub, Kosten für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses und der Steuererklärungen, Archivierungskosten sowie Rückstellungen für ausstehende Kostenrechnungen. Die Verbindlichkeiten haben sämtlich eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. III. Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführer im Geschäftsjahr 2023 waren die Herren Nico-Alexander Straub, IT-Consultant, Düsseldorf, und Andreas Eickel, Vertriebsleiter, Duisburg.
