AnhangA. ALLGEMEINE ERLÄUTERUNGEN1. Allgemeines Gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB handelt es sich bei der Gesellschaft um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen nach § 266 Abs. 1 S. 3, §§ 276 und 288 Abs. 1 HGB wurde teilweise Gebrauch gemacht. 2. Gliederung Die Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach den Bestimmungen der §§ 266 und 275 HGB gegliedert. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt. 3. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Berücksichtigung der generellen Ansatz- und Bewertungsvorschriften der §§ 246 bis 251 und §§ 252 bis 256 a HGB sowie unter der Berücksichtigung der besonderen Ansatz- und Bewertungsvorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften der §§ 268 bis 274 a HGB aufgestellt. Eine Abweichung der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden zum Vorjahr war nicht gegeben. Die Bewertung der immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgte zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger linearer Abschreibungen. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wurden im Jahr des Zugangs in voller Höhe abgeschrieben. Die Waren wurden grundsätzlich mit ihren Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Die Forderungen sowie die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Die flüssigen Mittel wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen haben wir allen erkennbaren Risiken angemessen und ausreichend Rechnung getragen. Sie wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. B. ANGABEN ZUR BILANZ1. Angaben zu Aktiva Die Forderungen sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. 2. Angaben zu Passiva In den Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschafter mit einem Betrag von € 913.327,63 enthalten. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind innerhalb von fünf Jahren fällig.
