LIS Logistische Informationssysteme AGGrevenJahresabschluss zum Geschäftsjahr vom 01.01.2021 bis zum 31.12.2021Bericht des Aufsichtsrats über das Geschäftsjahr 2021Der Vorstand der Gesellschaft hat den Aufsichtsrat regelmäßig über die Lage der Gesellschaft und die wesentlichen Geschäftsvorgänge unterrichtet. Im Berichtsjahr hat sich der Aufsichtsrat in fünf Sitzungen (19.03.; 23.04.; 08.09.; 21.10.; 01.12. - z.T. als Videokonferenz) mit dem Vorstand getroffen. Beratungsgegenstände des Aufsichtsrats waren im Geschäftsjahr 2021 insbesondere
Zur Sitzung am 01.06.2022 begrüßte der AR Herrn Jäger von der Dr. Merschmeier + Partner GmbH, der anhand der dem Protokoll beigefügten Präsentation den Jahresabschluss und den Prüfbericht des gerade abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres vorstellte. Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2021 ist durch die WP-Gesellschaft Dr. Merschmeier + Partner GmbH geprüft worden; der WP attestiert dem Unternehmen eine gute Entwicklung und solide Finanzierung. Im Ergebnis erteilt der Wirtschaftsprüfer den uneingeschränkten Bestätigungsvermerk. Auf dieser Grundlage hat der Aufsichtsrat am 01.06.2022 den vorliegenden Jahresabschluss gebilligt und damit festgestellt. Dem Vorschlag des Vorstands über die Verwendung des Bilanzgewinns des Geschäftsjahres 2021 schließt sich der Aufsichtsrat an.
