Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2013A. Allgemeine Angaben zum JahresabschlussDer Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage des Gesellschaftsvertrages, der Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches sowie ergänzender Vorschriften des Aktiengesetzes aufgestellt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. B. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDer Jahresabschluss wurde unter der Annahme der Unternehmensfortführung gem. § 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB aufgestellt. Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände sowie Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten (inkl. Anschaffungsnebenkosten) vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen werden - im Zugangsjahr zeitanteilig - entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer anhand der linearen Methode vorgenommen. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis zu Euro 150,00 werden im Zugangsjahr in voller Höhe aufwandswirksam erfasst. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten zwischen Euro 150,00 bis Euro 410,00 werden voll abgeschrieben. Der Sammelposten wird pauschalierend jeweils mit 20 Prozent jährlich abgeschrieben und betrifft die Zugänge aus dem Vorjahr. Die Finanzanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten oder Nominalwerten bzw. niedrigeren beizulegenden Werten angesetzt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen werden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken werden durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Rückstellungen Die Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt. Sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag ausgewiesen. C. Erläuterungen zur BilanzForderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag ausgewiesen und haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Davon bestehen Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von EUR 15.307,12 (Vj. EUR 16.747,22). D. Sonstige PflichtangabenGeschäftsführung Die Vertretung und Geschäftsführung der Gesellschaft erfolgte im Berichtsjahr durch den Vorstand, Herrn Hans Milo Halhuber (Vorsitzender) und Herrn Ludwig Lenk (bis 30.04.2014).
