AnhangI. Allgemeine Angaben zum JahresabschlussDie Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne der §§ 264, 267 I HGB auf. Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt (§§ 265, 266 ff. HGB). Die Gliederung der Bilanz und die Gliederung der Gewinn und Verlustrechnung entsprechen den §§ 266 und 175 HGB sowie § 42 GmbH, wobei für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung das Gesamtkostenverfahren Anwendung findet. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurden in Anspruch genommen. II. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenAKTIVA Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten, unter Berücksichtigung von Anschaffungsnebenkosten und Preisnachlässen, vermindert um abnutzungsbedingte planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Der Ausweis erfolgt nach der direkten Bruttomethode gemäß § 268 Abs. 2 HGB. Alle Abschreibungen wurden auf der Grundlage der linearen Methode zeitanteilig unter Berücksichtigung der steuerlich zulässigen Höchstsätze ermittelt. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden gemäß den steuerlichen Vorschriften abgeschrieben. PASSIVA Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt DM 50.000,-- (€ 25.564,59). Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Sonstige AngabenZum Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist
