Anhang für 2023I. Allgemeine Hinweise Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft erfüllt die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB) aufgestellt. Registerinformationen Die Gesellschaft ist unter der Firma DS Crewing GmbH mit Sitz in Hamburg im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Hamburg unter der Nummer HRB 118023 eingetragen. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend. Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen oder, falls erforderlich, dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bewertet. Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten unter Wahrung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Bei erkennbaren Risiken werden Einzelwertberichtigungen vorgenommen. Die liquiden Mittel und das Eigenkapital werden zum Nennwert bilanziert. Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten errechnete Nachzahlungen für noch nicht veranlagte Steuern. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Die Rückstellungen sind in der Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Auf fremde Währung lautende Vermögensgegenstände und Verbindlichkeiten werden grundsätzlich mit dem Devisenkassamittelkurs zum Abschlussstichtag umgerechnet. Bei einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr wurde dabei das Realisationsprinzip (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 4 Halbsatz 2 HGB) und das Anschaffungskostenprinzip (§ 253 Abs. 1Satz 1 HGB) beachtet. Aufwendungen und Erträge in fremder Währung werden zum Tageskurs umgerechnet. III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Sämtliche Forderungen haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen bestehen in Höhe von TEUR 721 und beinhalten im Wesentlichen ein kurzfristiges Darlehen an die DS Schiffahrt GmbH & Co. KG. Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr und sind nicht besichert. Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen bestehen in Höhe von TEUR 276. Im Wesentlichen resultieren diese aus Dienstleistungen im Zusammenhang mit der Anstellung von Seeleuten über TEUR 219 gegenüber der DS Tankers GmbH & Co. KG. IV. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Gemäß § 326 HGB entfallen die Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung. V. Sonstige Angaben Die Anzahl der Mitarbeiter während des Geschäftsjahres betrug durchschnittlich 3 Mitarbeiter. Konzernverhältnisse Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wird in den Konzernabschluss der JS Holding GmbH & Co. KG, Dortmund, einbezogen. Diese stellt den Konzernabschluss für den größten und kleinsten Kreis von Unternehmen auf. Der Konzernabschluss ist am Sitz der JS Holding GmbH & Co. KG, Dortmund, erhältlich und wird im elektronischen Bundesanzeiger bekannt gemacht. Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wird zudem separat im elektronischen Bundesanzeiger veröffentlicht. bestellt.
