Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2016der Dr. Ebner, Dr. Stolz Management Support GmbH, StuttgartA. RechnungslegungsgrundsätzeBei der Bilanzierung und Bewertung sind die Vorschriften des HGB angewandt worden. Darstellung, Gliederung, Ansatz und Bewertung des Jahresabschlusses entsprechen den Vorjahresgrundsätzen. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Das Sachanlagevermögen ist mit den aktivierungspflichtigen Anschaffungs-/Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen erfolgen über die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer und werden nach der linearen Methode vorgenommen. Abnutzbare bewegliche geringwertige Anlagegüter mit Anschaffungskosten über EUR 150,00 bis EUR 410,00 gem. § 6 Abs. 2 EStG im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Erkennbaren Einzelrisiken werden bei der Bewertung berücksichtigt. Für das allgemeine Kreditrisiko ist eine Pauschalwertberichtigung für Forderungen aus dem Liefer- und Leistungsverkehr mit 1 % gebildet. Die übrigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages bewertet. Zukünftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen werden berücksichtigt, sofern ausreichend objektive Hinweise für deren Eintritt vorliegen. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert. B. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz1. Flüssige Mittel Die Position enthält das Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten. 2. Verbindlichkeiten Alle Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. C. Sonstige Angaben1. Beteiligungsverhältnisse Die Angaben zu den unter den Wertpapieren ausgewiesenen zur Veräußerung bestimmten 2 Vorratsgesellschaften unterbleiben unter Verweis auf § 286 Abs. 3 Satz 1 Nr. 1 HGB. 2. Organe der Gesellschaft Geschäftsführer ist: Dipl.-Kfm. Klaus Gromer, Stuttgart D. ErgebnisverwendungDie Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, vom Bilanzgewinn in Höhe von EUR 232.294,75 EUR 230.000,00 auszuschütten und EUR 2.294,75 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
