Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis € 800,00 werden im Jahr der Anschaffung vollständig abgeschrieben.
Die Finanzanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten oder einem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt, soweit von einer dauerhaften Wertminderung ausgegangen wird.
Die Vorräte werden zu Anschaffungskosten oder dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bewertet.
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert bzw. Barwert bilanziert.
Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind mit dem Nominalwert ausgewiesen.
Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.
Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
Erträge und Aufwendungen in Fremdwährung sind zum jeweiligen Tageskurs umgerechnet worden. Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten zum Bilanzstichtag werden zum Stichtagskurs angesetzt. Gewinne aus Wechselkursänderungen werden nur bei Restlaufzeiten von bis zu einem Jahr berücksichtigt.
III. Angaben zur Bilanz
1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Die in den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen enthaltenen Kautionen in Höhe von T€ 18 haben eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr.
2. Restlaufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten
Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten sind unverändert zum Vorjahr innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.
IV. Sonstige Angaben
1. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen
Die Gesellschaft hat mehrere Leasing- und Mietverträge für Büroräume, Betriebs- und Geschäftsausstattung und Kraftfahrzeuge abgeschlossen. Die jährlichen Verpflichtungen für die festen Grundmietzeiten sind wie folgt:

Der Konzernabschluss der TPR Co., Ltd. ist am Sitz der Gesellschaft erhältlich und wird im japanischen EDINET (Electronic Disclosure for Investor's NETwork) unter der Nummer EO1599 (TPR Co., Ltd.) veröffentlicht.
