Anhang
Der Jahresabschluss der franchisebasis GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des dritten Buches des HGB aufgestellt. Das Sachanlagevermögen und erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Zugänge des Jahres 2011 wurden nur linear und zeitanteilig abgeschrieben. Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit ihrem Nennwert angesetzt. Die Kassenbestände, Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten und Schecks sind zum Nennwert bilanziert. Die Rückstellungen werden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung bemessen. Rückstellungen wurden für sämtliche ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.
Es bestehen keine sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen.
Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.
Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, das Jahresergebnis auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
Alleiniger Geschäftsführer war im Berichtsjahr Herr Björn Kuper.
