Anhang für das Jahr Geschäftsjahr 2010Demmin Assekuranz-Makler GmbH, BerlinI. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZUM JAHRESABSCHLUSS Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2010 der Demmin Assekuranz-Makler GmbH, Berlin, wurde nach Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Hierbei wurden erstmals die sich aus dem Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) ergebenden Änderungen - soweit erforderlich - berücksichtigt. Eine Anpassung der Vorjahreszahlen als Folge der erstmaligen Anwendung der durch das BilMoG geänderten Vorschriften war nicht erforderlich. Die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte freiwillig unter Anwendung der handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften für große Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 267 Abs. 3 HGB. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurden für die Angaben im Anhang gemäß § 288 Satz 1 HGB in Anspruch genommen. Ein Lagebericht wurde in Ausübung des bestehenden Wahlrechts gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4 HGB nicht erstellt. Abweichend zum Vorjahr werden die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern nicht mehr als sonstige Verbindlichkeiten ausgewiesen. Die Vorjahreswerte wurden nicht angepasst. II. ANGABEN ZU DEN BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN Die Bewertung der Forderungen und der sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände, der Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten und des Kassenbestands erfolgten zum Nominalwert. Die Wertpapiere des Umlaufvermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Sofern der Börsenkurs am Abschlussstichstag unter den Anschaffungskosten lag, wurde eine Abschreibung auf den Stichtagskurs vorgenommen. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist, um zukünftige Zahlungsverpflichtungen abzudecken. Zukünftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen werden berücksichtigt, sofern ausreichende objektive Hinweise für deren Eintritt vorliegen. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestehen nicht. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. III. ERGÄNZENDE ANGABEN Die Geschäftsführung und Vertretung der Gesellschaft erfolgt durch Herrn Thomas Demmin, Kaufmann, Berlin. Der Geschäftsführer ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
