ANHANG
A. BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSGRUNDSÄTZE
Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden
hinsichtlich der Bewertung und des Ausweises die
Vorschriften des HGB und des GmbHG beachtet.
Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das
Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.
Bei der Bewertung der einzelnen Positionen werden die
folgenden Grundsätze angewandt:
- Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände werden zu
den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten vermindert um
planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt.
- Sachanlagen werden zu den Anschaffungs- oder
Herstellungskosten vermindert um planmäßige
Abschreibungen angesetzt. Abschreibungen werden in
Anlehnung an die jeweils steuerlich zulässigen
Sätze nach der linearen Abschreibungsmethode
ermittelt. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter des
Anlagevermögens im Sinne des § 6 Absatz 2 EStG
werden im Zugangsjahr jeweils voll abgeschrieben.
Bei voraussichtlich dauernder Wertminderung werden auf
Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens
außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen
gemäß § 253 Absatz 2 S. 3 i.V.m.
§§ 279, 280 HGB vorgenommen.
- Vorräte werden unter Beachtung des
Niederstwertprinzips mit den Anschaffungs- bzw.
Herstellungskosten bewertet. Für ungängige oder
veraltete Bestände werden angemessene Abschläge
vorgenommen.
- Forderungen und sonstige
Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennbetrag
oder mit dem am Bilanzstichtag niedrigeren beizulegenden
Wert angesetzt.
- Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des
Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt, der nach
vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig
ist, um alle am Bilanzstichtag erkennbaren Risiken und
ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten abzudecken.
- Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag
angesetzt.
B. ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZUM JAHRESABSCHLUSS
I. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz
1. Forderungen und sonstige
Vermögensgegenstände
Es bestehen keine Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von
mehr als einem Jahr.
Die Forderungen gegen die Gesellschafterin belaufen sich
auf TEUR 102.
2. Sonstige Rückstellungen
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten im
Wesentlichen Beträge für Personalkosten,
Berufsgenossenschaftsbeitrag und Jahresabschlusskosten.
3. Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten haben ausschließlich eine
Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.
Es bestehen Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber der
Gesellschafterin in Höhe von TEUR 116.
Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten enthalten TEUR 4 aus
Steuern.
II. Sonstige Angaben
1. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen
Zum Bilanzstichtag bestanden sonstige finanzielle
Verpflichtungen in Höhe von TEUR 194 aus Miet- und
Leasingverträgen.
