Anhang zum Jahresabschluß 2010A. Allgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses für das Geschäftsjahr 2010 wurden die Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches angewendet. Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung, die im Geschäftsjahr und im Vorjahr keinen Betrag ausweisen, werden gemäß § 265 Abs. 8 HGB nicht ausgewiesen. Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgte grundsätzlich zum Nennwert unter Berücksichtigung erkennbarer Risiken. Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des voraussichtlichen notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags gebildet. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. B. Angaben zur Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibung angesetzt. Das Stammkapital beträgt EUR 25.000,00 und ist in voller Höhe eingezahlt. Auf den Jahresabschluß zum 31.12.2010 haben erstmalig sämtliche Vorschriften des BilMoG Anwendung gefunden. Die Vorjahreszahlen wurden gem. Art. 67 Abs. 8 EGHGB nicht angepaßt. C. Sonstige Angaben Die Gesellschaft ist alleinige persönlich haftende Komplementärin der Summi Holding GmbH & Co. KG.
