I. Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2021 wurde nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierung- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bewertung der Vermögens- und Schuldposten trägt allen erkennbaren Risiken nach den Grundsätzen vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung Rechnung. Anlagevermögen Die Bilanzierung des Anlagevermögens erfolgt zu Anschaffung - bzw. Herstellungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen. Vermögensgegenstände Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgt grundsätzlich zum Nominalwert. Es wurde keine Pauschalwertberichtigung durchgeführt, da sämtliche Forderungen im Zeitpunkt der Jahresabschlusserstellung ausgeglichen sind. Liquide Mittel Die liquiden Mittel werden mit den Nennwerten angesetzt. Eigenkapital Das gezeichnete Kapital entspricht dem Stammkapital lt. Handelsregister und ist zum Bilanzstichtag in Höhe von € 25.000,00 einbezahlt. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu Ihrem notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Sonstige Verbindlichkeiten Hierunter sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber dem Gesellschafter, Herrn Tomas Langara, in Höhe von € 3.104,17 enthalten. Jahresüberschuss Die Gesellschaft erzielte im Geschäftsjahr 2021 einen Jahresfehlbetrag in Höhe von € -5.247,69. IV. Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführung Geschäftsführer der Obelus GmbH ist Herr Tomas Langara, wohnhaft in Egmating. Der Geschäftsführer ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit und alleinvertretungsberechtigt
