1. Buchführung Für die Gesellschaft besteht nach § 238 HGB Buchführungspflicht. Die Gesellschaft hat eine den gesetzlichen Vorschriften entsprechende Buchführung erstellt. Die Aufzeichnung der Geschäftsvorfälle erfolgte nach den Grundsätzen ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung. 2. Jahresabschluss Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Forderungen wurden mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Der Kassen- und Bankenbestand wurde zum Nennwert angesetzt. 3. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist im Anlagenspiegel (Anlage zur Bilanz) dargestellt, der nicht offengelegt wird. Neben den bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten existieren nach Aussage der Geschäftsleitung keine gem. § 251 HGB zu vermerkende Eventualverbindlichkeiten. 4. Sonstige Pflichtangaben Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Personen geführt: Geschäftsführer: Ulrich Berger
