ANHANG FÜR DAS AM 31. DEZEMBER 2009 ENDENDE GESCHÄFTSJAHRCPI LEUNA GMBH I.L., FRANKFURT AM MAINI. AllgemeinesDie CPI Leuna GmbH i.L. ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die im HGB vorgesehenen größenabhängigen Erleichterungen wurden überwiegend in Anspruch genommen. II. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDer Jahresabschluss der CPI Leuna GmbH i.L. wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Im Einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden: Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Das Bankguthaben ist mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen sind nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung bemessen und in Höhe der erwarteten Inanspruchnahme passiviert. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt und sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. III. Sonstige AngabenDie Gesellschaft ist eingetragen unter HRB 74951 beim Amtsgericht Frankfurt am Main. Der Gegenstand des Unternehmens umfasst den Erwerb, die Nutzung und Veräußerung von Immobilien. Geschäftsführer im Jahre 2009 waren lt. Handelsregisterauszug: Herr Ton Zwart, Frankfurt, vom 01.01.2009 bis zum 10.07.2009 Herr Paul Lefering, Frankfurt, vom 10.07.2009 bis zum 30.11.2009 Herr Hermanus Boersen, Frankfurt, vom 30.11.2009 bis zum 31.12. 2009 Mit Beschluss vom 9. Dezember 2009 wurde die Gesellschaft zum 31. Dezember 2009 24:00 Uhr aufgelöst. Herr Hermanus Boersen wurde als Geschäftsführer abberufen, als Liquidator wurde Herr Klaus Kampmann, firmenansässig Frankfurt, benannt. Die Gesellschaft ist bilanziell überschuldet. Eine Insolvenzeröffnungspflicht besteht nach Angaben der Gesellschaft nicht, da die Gesellschafter hinsichtlich ihrer Forderungen gegenüber der Gesellschaft den Rangrücktritt gegenüber anderen Gläubigern erklärt haben.
