Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 20101. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsgrundsätzeDer Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2010 wurde nach den deutschen handelsrechtlichen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des HGB aufgestellt. Die Gliederung der Bilanz richtet sich nach den Vorschriften der §§ 265, 266 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde gem. § 275 Abs. 2 HGB nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt. Nach den in § 267 Abs. 1 i.V. mit Abs. 4 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft zum 31.12.2010 eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Der Anhang wurde unter Inanspruchnahme der Erleichterungen nach § 288 HGB erstellt. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden an die durch das Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) geänderten Vorschriften zur Rechnungslegung angepasst. Gemäß Art. 67 Abs. 8 Satz 2 EGHGB erfolgte im Berichtsjahr keine Anpassung der Vorjahreszahlen. Bilanzierung und Bewertung erfolgten entsprechend den deutschen handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften der §§ 238 ff. HGB und den ergänzenden Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB). 2. Erläuterungen zur BilanzDie Forderungen gegen die Veranstaltungsdienst Paul Mayr GmbH & Co. in Höhe von € 222.180,33 sowie gegen die Paul Mayr-Grundstücksverwaltungs GmbH & Co. KG in Höhe von € 51.982,14 haben eine Laufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr. Die Forderung gegen das Finanzamt aus der Rückzahlung des Körperschaftsteuerguthabens in Höhe von € 6.323,04 hat ebenfalls eine Laufzeit von über einem Jahr. 5. GeschäftsleitungIm Berichtsjahr waren Herr Paul Roman Mayr sowie Herr Otto Weiß Geschäftsführer. 6. Übernahme der persönlichen HaftungDie Gesellschaft ist unbeschränkt haftende Gesellschafterin der Veranstaltungsdienst Paul Mayr GmbH & Co., München, sowie der Paul Mayr-Grundstücksverwaltungs GmbH & Co. KG, München.
