ANHANGErläuterungen zur Bilanz 2010 Telefocus TV GmbH, Schützenstraße 6/6a, 10117 Berlin Die Telefocus TV GmbH wurde gegründet, um neuartige Filme für medizinische Bereiche zu entwickeln. Diese Zielsetzung wurde vom Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Forschung im Rahmen einer AiF Maßnahme gefördert. Als Entwicklungszeitraum waren 18 Monate vorgesehen. Die FuE Maßnahme wurde in Kooperation mit der Technischen Universität Ilmenau (Gefü Rainer Barth hatte dort einen Lehrauftrag) im Oktober 2010 begonnen. Somit war nicht vor Mai 2012 mit vermarktbaren Ergebnissen zu rechnen. Daraus ergibt sich dann auch, dass keine Verkaufserlöse, respektive nur geringfügige bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt vorliegen konnten. Die aufgelaufenen Kosten wurden durch einen genehmigten Bankkredit, der voll privat abgesichert wurde und durch Einlagen, oder nicht fällig gestellter Darlehen/Verbindlichkeiten seitens der Gesellschafter gedeckt. Dies ergibt dann trotzdem eine negative Bilanz, die aber nicht mit Fremdmitteln finanziert ist. Leider konnten bislang nur geringfügige Erlöse erzielt werden. Die Umsetzung von zwingend erforderlichen Marketingaktionen unterblieb aus verschiedenen Gründen. Insbesondere der schweren Erkrankung des Gesellschafters und Geschäftsführers Rainer Barth. Trotzdem sind vielversprechende Kontakte zu wichtigen Universitätskliniken geschaffen worden, die nunmehr im Jahr 2013 auch zu einer Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategie und einer weiteren FuEmaßnahme führen werden. Darunter sind die Charité in Berlin, die Universitätsklinik Mainz und der sehr gute Kooperationskontakt zu dem führenden Gastronenterologen Prof. Dr. Kiesslich, Frankfurt zu nennen. Die weitere Entwickelung der Telefocus TV GmbH sehen wir durchaus positiv. Wenngleich sie durch die starke Auslegung im Bereich FuE anders zu bewerten ist, als eine rein wirtschaftlich ausgerichtete Unternehmung zur Gewinnmaximierung. Berlin, den 27.
