Anhang zum 31. Dezember 2010I. Angaben zur Bilanz1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden- Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) vom 25. Mai 2009 aufgestellt. Die Anwendung der geänderten Vorschriften erfolgte erstmals für das Geschäftsjahr 2010. Die Vorjahresvergleichszahlen wurden aufgrund des Wahlrechts des Art. 67 Abs. 8 S. 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst. - Die Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige (nutzungsbedingte) Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen werden beim beweglichen Anlagevermögen (überwiegend) zunächst degressiv und später linear vorgenommen; die Nutzungsdauer beträgt bei Anderen Anlagen, Betriebs- und Geschäftsausstattung 2 - 15 Jahre. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens werden analog § 6 Abs. 2 EStG im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. - Die Finanzanlagen werden grundsätzlich mit den Anschaffungskosten, bei Ausleihungen abzüglich der Tilgungen angesetzt. - Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt. - Die übrigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. - Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle nach vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. - Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. 2. Sonstige Angaben- Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestehen nicht. - Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von über einem Jahr bestehen ebenfalls nicht. II.
