ANHANGDie Gesellschaft ist nach den nach § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen eine kleine Gesellschaft. Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf Basis der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des HGB erstellt. Weiterhin wurden die gesondert geltenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetztes beachtet. Das Unternehmen schreibt die Anlagegegenstände im Rahmen der ertragssteuerlichen Vorschriften ab. Bei Wirtschaftsgütern bis 150 Euro wurde vom Bewertungswahlrecht gemäß § 6 Abs. 3 EStG Gebrauch gemacht. Die Bewertung der Waren erfolgt zu Einstandspreisen. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt. Kassenbestand und Bankguthaben wurden zum Nennwert bewertet. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zu Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt. Hierbei handelt es sich um ein Gesellschafterdarlehen zur Deckung der Folgen aus einem Einbruch.
