Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften. Das Bilanzrichtlinien-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG) wurde umgesetzt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Umsatzkostenverfahren aufgestellt. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend. Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- bzw. zu Herstellungskosten angesetzt und wird, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens werden nach Maßgabe der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden linear abgeschrieben. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Steuerrückstellungen und sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen (EUR 3.850.149,87) sind Forderungen gegenüber der ScanSource Europe SPRL, Brüssel. Sämtliche Forderungen weisen eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr auf. Sonstige Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden im Wesentlichen für Bonuszahlungen, Urlaub und für Abschluss- und Prüfungskosten gebildet. Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten sind kurzfristige Verbindlichkeiten. Verbindlichkeiten gegen verbundene Unternehmen (EUR 58.217,71) sind vornehmlich Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber der ScanSource Europe SPRL, Brüssel. IV. Sonstige Angaben Mitarbeiter Die durchschnittliche Anzahl der Arbeitnehmer (ohne Geschäftsführer) beträgt im Berichtsjahr 11 Mitarbeiter. Geschäftsführung
Alle Geschäftsführer sind alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen gemäß § 181 BGB befreit. Ergebnisverwendung Die Geschäftsführer schlagen der Gesellschafterversammlung vor, den Jahresüberschuss in Höhe von EURO 77.186,32 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. Konzernverhältnisse Die Gesellschaft ist eine 100%ige Tochter der ScanSource Europe Ltd, Cardiff, United Kingdom und wird in den Konzernabschluss der ScanSource Inc, Greenville, USA einbezogen.
