Anhang zum 31. Dezember 2022I. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Voranahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen Der Jahresabschluß wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden zu den Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen auf Neuzugänge erfolgen linear und degressiv entsprechend ihrer voraussichtlicher Nutzungsdauer von 5 bis 23 Jahren. Hiervon abweichend werden neuzugänge ab 01.01.2020 bei Nitzungsdauer von mehr als 4 Jahren degressiv abgeschrieben. Im Jahr des Zugangs wird zeitanteilig abgeschrieben. Bei Altbeständen wird die beisherige Abschreibungsart beibehalten. Bewegliche Gegenstände mit Einzelanschaffungskosten zwischen EUR 150,00 und EUR 1.000,00 wurden in den Vorjahren in einem Sammelposten erfaßt, der über 5 Jahre gleichmäßig abgeschrieben wird. Geringe Wirtschaftsgüter mit Einzelanschaffungskosten bis EUR 800,00 werden im laufenden Wirtschaftsjahr sofort in voller Höhe abgeschrieben und es wird ihr Abgang unterstellt. Die Warenvorräte werden u durchschnittlichen Anschaffungskossten bewertet. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind um Nennwert unter Abzug einer Pauschalberichtigung zur Abgeltung des allgemeinen Kreditrisikos angesetzt. Flüssige Mitteln sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen. Sie sind in Höhe ihrer voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. II. Sonstige Angaben Vom Schutzrecht nach § 286 Abs. 4 HGB bezüglich der Vergütungen der Gesellschaftsfürhungsorgane wird Gebrauch gemacht. Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist Herr Jügen Emmerich
