AnhangAllgemeine AngabenDer Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2011 der Fleck-Immobilien GmbH wurde nach den Vorschriften des HGB und des GmbHG aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist i.S. von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft einzustufen. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsgrundsätzeDas Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten - vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen entsprechend der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer - angesetzt. Für die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter wurden die Regelungen für die Abschreibung gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 und 2a EStG angewendet. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bzw. mit den am Bilanzstichtag beizulegenden niedrigeren Werten angesetzt. Die ausgewiesenen Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände beinhalten Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von € 272.771,75. Die Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr betragen zum 31.12.2011 € 3.074,48. Die Rückstellungen sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt. Sonstige AngabenEinzelvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer der Fleck-Immobilien GmbH, Pullach, während des gesamten Geschäftsjahres 2011 war Herr Klaus Fleck, Immobilienmakler, Pullach. Verwendung des JahresergebnissesDie Geschäftsleitung schlägt vor, aus dem Bilanzgewinn in Höhe von € 255.251,86 einen Teilbetrag von € 250.000,00 auszuschütten.
