AnhangBilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige nutzungsbedingte Abschreibungen, angesetzt. In Übereinstimmung mit der Verlautbarung des IDW wird der Sammelposten GWG nach steuerlichen Vorschriften angesetzt, da er von untergeordneter Bedeutung ist. Das Anlagevermögen wird linear auf die Dauer von 1 bis 5 Jahren abgeschrieben. Die Wertpapiere des Anlagevermögens werden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt, soweit nicht eine Abschreibung auf den niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert erforderlich ist. Der Warenbestand wird durch Inventuraufnahme ermittelt und einzeln bewertet. Bei der Bewertung der Halbfertig- und Fertigfabrikate werden nur die Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Bei den ausgewiesenen Forderungen werden Einzelrisiken durch entsprechende Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Außerdem wurde eine Pauschalwertberichtigung von 1 % der Nettoforderungssumme gebildet. Bei der Rückstellung für den Buchabschluss wurden nur die von dritter Seite anfallenden Kosten zurückgestellt. Da es sich bei unserer Firma um ein Handels- und Dienstleistungsunternehmen handelt, wurde die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt. Einzelangaben Die Restlaufzeiten betrugen bei allen Verbindlichkeiten weniger als 1 Jahr. Im Posten "Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände" sind Forderungen an Gesellschafter in folgender Höhe enthalten: € 17.434,53 Im Posten Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in folgender Höhe enthalten: € 12.228,80 Haftungsverhältnisse Zum 31.12.2019 bestanden keine Haftungsverhältnisse
