I. BILANZIERUNGS - UND BEWERTUNGSGRUNDSÄTZE
Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde nach den §§ 242 bis 256 und §§ 264 des Handelsgesetzbuches erstellt. Die Gesellschaft erfüllt zum Bilanzstichtag die Voraussetzungen einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.. Der Grundsatz der Bewertungsstetigkeit nach § 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 6 HGB wurde beachtet. 2. Bilanzierung und Bewertung Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgt gemäß § 266 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt. Das Anlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibung bewertet. Die Vorräte werden unter Berücksichtigung des Niederstwertprinzips zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bewertet. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Anschaffungskosten unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Das Stammkapital ist zum Nennbetrag bilanziert. Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen wurde allen erkennbaren Risiken angemessen und ausreichend Rechnung getragen. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. II. SONSTIGE ANGABEN 1. Geschäftsführung Im Geschäftsjahr 2010 war Herr Carl Bruno Blatter zum einzelvertretungsberechtigten Geschäftsführer bestellt, er ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Bezüglich der Angaben zur Geschäftsführervergütung wird vom Wahlrecht des § 288 HGB Gebrauch gemacht. 2. Beschäftigtenzahl Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Geschäftsjahr außer dem Geschäftsführer durchschnittlich 4 Mitarbeiter.
