Der Jahresabschluß 2013 wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches erstellt. Eine Handelsbilanz wurde nicht erstellt. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der gewöhnlichen und voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer, entsprechend steuerrechtlicher Vorschriften linear vorgenommen. Die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter wurden im Jahr der Anschaffung voll abgeschrieben. Sonderabschreibungen wurden nicht in Anspruch genommen. Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet und mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Zweifelhafte Forderungensind im Berichtsjahr 2013 nach Auskunft der Geschäftsleitung nicht vorhanden. Die Salden von Kasse und Banken stimmen mit den jeweils letzten Bankauszügen zum 31.12.2013 und den Kassenberichten überein. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren waren im Berichtsjahr nicht vorhanden.
