Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023Grundlagen der Rechnungslegung Der vorliegende vorläufige Jahresabschluss ist nach den maßgeblichen Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und denen des GmbH - Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Bilanz sowie die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind entsprechend der Bestimmungen des HGB gem. §§ 266, 275 HGB gegliedert. Die Darstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gem. § 275 Abs. 2 HGB erstellt. Grundsätze zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung Die Wertansätze in der Bilanz der Salin Import-Export GmbH zum 31.12.2022 wurden unverändert als Bilanzvorträge in neue Rechnung übernommen. Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, solche mit zeitlich begrenzter Nutzungsdauer abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Die beweglichen Anlagegüter werden entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer pro rata temporis linear abgeschrieben. Geringwertige bewegliche Anlagegüter mit einem Einzelanschaffungspreis bis zu € 800,00 werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben, ihr sofortiger Abgang wird unterstellt. Die Bewertung der Roh-, und Betriebsstoffe und Waren erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten unter Berücksichtigung von Anschaffungsnebenkosten und -preisminderungen bzw. zum niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nominalbetrag angesetzt. Die flüssigen Mittel sind in Höhe ihres Nennwerts angesetzt. Bei Bildung der Rückstellungen ist den erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten angemessen Rechnung getragen worden. Sie sind in Höhe des notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem jeweiligen Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Haftungsverhältnisse Haftungsverhältnisse i. S. d. § 251 HGB haben zum Bilanzstichtag nicht bestanden. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Zum Bilanzstichtag bestanden keine sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen. Sonstige AngabenDer Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2023 ist vorläufig. Geschäftsführung Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres lag die Führung der Geschäfte unverändert bei Frau Die Voraussetzungen des § 264 Abs. 2 Satz 2 HGB liegen hinsichtlich dieses Jahresabschlusses nicht vor.
