Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 20151. Allgemeines Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2015 ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Dritten Buches des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes erstellt worden. Unsere Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft haben wir gemäß §§ 264, 274a und 276 HGB auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichtes und eines Anlagengitters verzichtet. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet. Die Abschreibungen der Gebäude erfolgte unter Beachtung der steuerlichen Vorschriften linear bezogen auf eine Nutzungsdauer von 33 Jahren. Forderungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten oder ggf. unter Berücksichtigung von Abschreibungen auf den niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden mit dem Nominalwert bewertet. Verbindlichkeiten sind zu Ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag und Rückstellungen in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages bewertet. 3. Angaben zur Bilanz und GuV Sämtliche Forderungen haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen bestehen Forderungen i.H.v. EUR 100.000,00. Aufgrund des strengen Niederstwertprinzip des §253 Abs. 4 HGB wurden zum Stichtag Abschreibungen auf Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen auf den niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert in Höhe von € 3.229.937,52 vorgenommen. Verbindlichkeiten i.H.v. EUR 11.332,68 haben eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr. In diesen Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten aus Steuern i.H.v. EUR 9.894,68 enthalten. Die sonstigen betrieblichen Aufwendungen beinhalten Veräußerungserlöse aus dem Verkauf der Immobilie Heidelberg 69126 Engierstraße i.H.v. EUR 2.300.000,00 und die Ausbuchung des Restbuchwertes der vorgenannten Immobilie i.H.v. EUR 4.535.243,46. 4.
