1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss, zu
Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Die Bilanzierung und Bewertung der Posten der Bilanz und
der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgte entsprechend den
Grundsätzen ordnungsmäßiger Bilanzierung zu
den Anschaffungskosten.
2. Erläuterungen zum Jahresabschluss
Die Gesellschafterversammlung hat am 02.12.2008 die Umstellung des Kapitals auf EUR und die Erhöhung des Kapitals um 435,41 EUR auf 26.000,-- EUR beschlossen. Die Eintragung im Handelsregister erfolgte am 13.01.2009. Die Posten der Aktiva betreffen im wesentlichen
Forderungen gegenüber der 100%igen Gesellschafterin,
der Evangelischen Kreditgenossenschaft eG, Kassel.
3. Haftungsverhältnisse bestanden zum 31.12.2010
nicht.
4. Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft sind die
Herren
Lothar Bernhardt, Dipl. Bankbetriebswirt ADG Matthias Zaremba, Bankkaufmann
5. Kredite und Vorschüsse an die
Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft wurden nicht
