1. Allgemeine Angaben
2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die werbende Tätigkeit der Gesellschaft wurde mit Ablauf des 31. Dezember 2022 eingestellt. Die Bewertung berücksichtigt die beschlossene Auflösung der Gesellschaft. Aus der Abkehr vom Going Concern Grundsatz haben sich im Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2021 keine wesentlichen Auswirkungen auf die Vermögens- und Ertragslage ergeben. Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze maßgebend. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt. Das Sachanlagevermögen ist mit den Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um zeitanteilige planmäßige Abschreibungen, bilanziert. Die planmäßige Abschreibung erfolgt linear, entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer des jeweiligen Vermögensgegenstandes. Die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer entspricht im Wesentlichen den von der Finanzverwaltung veröffentlichten AfA-Tabellen. Das Sachanlagevermögen ist bis zum Ende der Liquidation vollständig abgeschrieben bzw. wird verkauft. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bzw. unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips zum niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren jeweiligen Erfüllungsbeträgen passiviert. 3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Umlaufvermögen Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen betreffen im Berichtsjahr vollumfänglich Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände beinhalten im Wesentlichen Forderungen gegen das Finanzamt aus Umsatzsteuern und Ertragsteuern. Die Restlaufzeiten der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände liegen wie im Vorjahr unter einem Jahr. Eigenkapital Das gezeichnete Kapital in Höhe von EUR 25.000,00 ist zum Bilanzstichtag vollständig eingezahlt. Die Gesellschaft weist für das Geschäftsjahr 2022 einen Jahresfehlbetrag von EUR 30.665,43 aus. Zusammen mit dem gezeichneten Kapital sowie dem Gewinnvortrag beträgt das Eigenkapital zum 31. Dezember 2022 insgesamt EUR 4.970,79. Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen beinhalten im Wesentlichen Jahresabschlusskosten sowie die Kosten für die Erstellung der Steuererklärungen. 4.
