Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Der Jahresabschluss der Astra Biotech GmbH für das Geschäftsjahr 2012 wurde nach den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt. Nach den in § 267 Abs. 1 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB) aufgestellt.

Aufgrund der vorliegenden Rangrücktrittserklärung konnte der nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckte Fehlbetrag 2012 im Rahmen einer Überschuldungsrechnung neutralisiert werden.

Sachanlagen wurden zu den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt.

Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe sind entsprechend der vorgenommenen Inventur gem. § 253 HGB bewertet. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Einzel- und Pauschalwertberichtigungen wurden im Berichtsjahr nicht vorgenommen. Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten beinhalten die Standgebühr für eine Messe im Jahr 2013.

Die Rückstellungen decken angemessen alle erkennbaren und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

Die Feststellung bzw. Billigung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte am: 20.11.2013
