I.Allgemeine Angaben, Bilanzierungs- und
Bewertungsgrundsätze
Der Jahresabschluss für den Zeitraum vom 1.
Januar 2008 bis zum 31. Dezember 2008 wurde unter
Berücksichtigung der Vorschriften des
Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) - insbesondere der Vorschriften
des Dritten Buches (§§ 238 ff.) und den
ergänzenden Bestimmungen für
Kapitalgesellschaften im zweiten Abschnitt (§§
264 ff.) - sowie den Grundsätzen
ordnungsgemäßer Bilanzierung erstellt.
Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft
im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Angaben, die zum
besseren Verständnis bestimmter Bilanzpositionen oder
Gewinn- und Verlustrechnungen beitragen, geben wir
zusätzlich zu den gesetzlichen Pflichtangeben.
Die Bewertung erfolgte unter der Annahme der
Betriebsfortführung.
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem
Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2
HGB aufgestellt.
Das Geschäftsjahr der Gesellschaft ist das
Kalenderjahr.
Das Anlagevermögen wird zu fortgeführten
Anschaffungskosten, unter planmäßiger Verteilung
auf die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer, bilanziert.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensbestände werden
zum Nominalwert abzüglich erforderlicher
Wertberichtigungen angesetzt.
Für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten werden
Rückstellungen in dem Umfang gebildet, der nach
vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig
ist.
II.Erläuterungen zum Jahresabschluss
Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens wird in
einer separaten Anlage gezeigt.
Die ausgewiesenen Forderungen in Höhe von TEUR
19,7 haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.
Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Kreditinstituten
betragen TEUR 67,2. Davon hat ein Teil in Höhe von rd.
TEUR 6,1 eine Restlaufzeit von über 5 Jahren.
III.Sonstige Angaben
Die Buchführung und die Aufstellung des
Jahresabschlusses nach den einschlägigen deutschen
Vorschriften liegen in der Verantwortung der
Geschäftsführung der Gesellschaft.
Die dem Jahresabschluss zum 31.Dezember 2008 zugrunde
liegenden Unterlagen und erteilten Auskünfte sind
richtig und vollständig.
Vermögensgegenstände und Schuldposten sowie alle
buchungspflichtigen Geschäftsvorfälle erfasst und
alle erkennbaren Risiken wurden berücksichtigt. In der
Zeit zwischen dem Bilanzstichtag und der Erstellung des
Jahresabschlusses sind keine Vorgänge von besonderer
Bedeutung eingetreten, über die zu berichten
wäre.
Die Bewertung erfolgte unter der Annahme der
Betriebsfortführung.
