VI. ANHANG1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluss der Mufasa GmbH ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Das Gesetz zur Modernisierung des Bilanzrechtes (BilMoG) vom 25. Mai 2009 und die daraus resultierenden Rechtsfolgen zur Maßgeblichkeit der handelsrechtlichen Grundsätze ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung für die steuerliche Gewinnermittlung gemäß Schreiben des Bundeministeriums für Finanzen vom 12.03.2010 wurden bei der Erstellung entsprechend berücksichtigt. Im Aufbau und Gliederung folgen Bilanz sowie Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung den gesetzlichen Vorschriften. Der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren zugrunde gelegt. Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gem. § 274a Nr. 5 HGB wurden angewandt. 2. Erläuterung zur Bilanz a) Umlaufvermögen Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennbetrag bzw. dem am Bilanzstichtag niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. b) Eigenkapital Gesellschafter der Berichtsgesellschaft ist Herr Mostapha El Aztouti, Meerbusch. Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt € 25.000,00 und ist in voller Höhe eingezahlt. c) Rückstellungen Rückstellungen werden mit dem Betrag gebildet, der als wirtschaftliche Belastung wahrscheinlich auf die Gesellschaft zukommen wird. Im Berichtsjahr wurden Rückstellungen für Abschlusskosten (TEUR 0,35) und Buchhaltungskosten (0,2) gebildet. d) Verbindlichkeiten Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag bewertet. Notwendige Zinsabgrenzungen sind vorgenommen worden. 3. Sonstige Angaben Durchschnittliche Arbeitnehmerzahl nach Gruppen
