Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Die Finanzanlagen wurden wie folgt angesetzt und bewertet: - Beteiligungen zu Anschaffungskosten Die unfertigen Leistungen sind entsprechend ihrem Fertigungsgrad zu den anteiligen Herstellungskosten gemäß § 255 Abs. 2 HGB bewertet. Die erhaltenen Anzahlungen wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt. Dabei wurde von dem Wahlrecht nach § 268 Abs. 5 HGB gebrauch gemacht, diese offen von den Vorräten abzusetzen. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert abzüglich erforderlicher Einzelwertberichtigung bewertet. Die Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten enthalten Zahlungen den Wirtschaftsjahres, die Aufwand oder Ertrag eines folgenden Wirtschaftsjahres darstellen. Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Die Bewertung erfolgte nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendiger Rückzahlungs bzw. Erfüllungsbeträge. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Angabe zu Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr Der Betrag der Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt 5.973,80 EUR (Vorjahr: 5.961,90 EUR). Angaben zu Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern beläuft sich auf EUR 104.256,14 (Vorjahr: EUR 2.950,00). Angabepflichtige Beträge nach § 251, 268 Abs. 7 HGB existieren im Geschäftsjahr nicht.
