Anhang für das Rumpfgeschäftsjahr 2010A. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Bei der ctn services GmbH handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Von den Aufstellungserleichterungen der §§ 274a, 285, 288 HGB wurde teilweise Gebrauch gemacht. Die Gliederung der Bilanz entspricht den Bestimmungen des § 266 HGB. Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde in gem. § 244 HGB in deutscher Sprache und in Euro gebucht und erstellt. B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beachtung der generellen Ansatz- und Bewertungsvorschriften der §§ 242-256 HGB und der ergänzenden Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264-288 HGB) erstellt. Bei der Bewertung wird von der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit ausgegangen. Im Einzelnen wurde die Bewertung wie folgt vorgenommen: Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Sofern am Bilanzstichtag ein niedrigerer Börsen- oder Marktpreis bzw. beizu-legender Wert festzustellen ist, wird dieser angesetzt. Bankguthaben und Kassenbestand sind zum Nominalwert bilanziert. Die Eigenkapitalpositionen sind mit den Nennbeträgen angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu Rückzahlungsbeträgen bewertet. C. Angaben zu Bilanzposten 1. Angabe gem. § 268 Abs. 1 HGB
