Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Von den Erleichterungsvorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurde teilweise Gebrauch gemacht. Die Gliederung der Bilanz entspricht den Vorschriften der §§ 266 ff. HGB. Die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht den Vorschriften der §§ 275 ff. HGB, es wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. B. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDie Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten unter Einbeziehung von Anschaffungsnebenkosten und -preisminderungen, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen aktiviert worden. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bilanziert. Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind mit ihrem Nennwert bilanziert. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und sind mit ihrem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz In den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von Euro 2.418.687,94 (Vj. Euro 2.495.207,85) enthalten. Hierbei handelt es sich um Darlehen. Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Kreditinstituten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestehen in Höhe von Euro 0,00 (Vj. Euro 6.559.082,58). Die Darlehen in Höhe von Euro 7.334.668,45 (Vj. Euro 7.518.585,53) sind durch eine Gesamtbuchgrundschuld gesichert. Die Gesellschaft hat ferner für Bankdarlehen von fünf verbundenen Unternehmen eine Sicherheit in Form der Abtretung ihrer gegenwärtigen, bedingten und künftigen Rechte und Ansprüche aus allen gegenwärtigen und zukünftigen Mietverträgen gestellt. Der Gesamtbetrag der Darlehen der sechs verbundenen Unternehmen beträgt zum Stichtag Euro 24.740.162,96 (Vj. Euro 25.361.750,70) Die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass das Kreditinstitut der verbundenen Unternehmen die Gesellschaft in Haftung für die Verbindlichkeiten der verbundenen Unternehmen nimmt, wird aufgrund der planmäßigen Tilgung der Darlehen und der planmäßigen Zinszahlungen als gering eingeschätzt. Erkennbare Anhaltspunkte, die eine andere Beurteilung erforderlich machen, liegen nicht vor. In den Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen sind Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen in Höhe von Euro 11.258,09 (Vj.
