Anhang1) Allgemeine Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung Die Bilanzierung und Bewertung erfolgen unter Beachtung der Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften, den GOBs, sowie unter Beachtung der steuerrechtlichen Bestimmungen und der Regelung des GmbH-Gesetzes. Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstande und Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige und steuerrechtlich zulässige Sonderabschreibungen, angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden linear vorgenommen. Im Jahr des Zugangs erfolgt die Abschreibung anteilsmäßig auf Monats-Basis. In den Jahren 2008 und 2009 wurden bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens mit einem Anschaffungswert von über EUR 150,00 bis EUR 1.000,00 in einem Sammelposten erfasst, der über 5 Jahre gleichmäßig abgeschrieben wird. Ab 2010 werden bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens mit einem Anschaffungswert bis zu EUR 410,00 im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und sind in Höhe ihrer voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. 2) Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz Verbindlichkeiten
