ANHANG
Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze Der Jahresabschluss der Kabs Beteiligungs GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH- Gesetzes zu beachten. Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind soweit möglich in der Bilanz aufgeführt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Von den Erleichterungsvorschriften nach § 274a HGB und § 288 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht. Ein Lagebericht wurde gem. § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4 i.V.m. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB nicht aufgestellt.
Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
a) Angaben zur Bilanz Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. b) Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die sonstigen betrieblichen Erträge bestehen aus der Komplementärvergütung der Kabs Immobilien Marketing Consulting GmbH & Co. KG. Die sonstigen betrieblichen Aufwendungen beinhalten im Wesentlichen Abschluss- und Prüfungskosten (EUR 900), Rechts- und Beratungskosten (€ 158) sowie Gebühren und Beiträge (EUR 193).
Die nachfolgenden, zusätzlichen Angaben sind bei der Beurteilung der wirtschaftlichen Lage zu beachten: Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahrs wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Personen geführt: - Herrn Jens Uwe Kabs, Hamburg - Herrn Robert André Kabs, Hamburg Die Geschäftsführer sind jeweils alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Die Gesellschaft ist unbeschränkt haftender Gesellschafter folgender Unternehmen:
Die Geschäftsführung der Gesellschaft schlägt vor, das Jahresergebnis nach Verrechnung mit dem Verlustvortrag auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. WEITERE DATENDer Jahresabschluss wurde noch nicht festgestellt.
