I. Allgemeine Angaben

―	Die Gesellschaft wurde am 08. November 1995 gegründet und ist gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.
―	Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 2012 wurde entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des Handelsgesetzbuches erstellt.
―	Bei der Aufstellung dieses Anhangs wurden die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 288 Abs. 1 HGB in Anspruch genommen. - Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

―	Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt.
―	Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwenigen Erfüllungsbetrag gebildet.
―	Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung zum 31. Dezember 2012

―	Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sowie Anhang geben entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften grundsätzlich die wirtschaftliche Lage zutreffend wieder.
―	Die Geschäftsführung schlägt der Gesellschafterversammlung vor, den Jahresüberschuss für das Geschäftsjahr 2012 in Höhe von EUR 1.880,61 mit dem Verlustvortrag zu verrechnen.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

―	Einziger Geschäftsführer im Geschäftsjahr 2011 war Herr Heino von Tettenborn.
―	Am Bilanzstichtag bestanden Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von EUR 978,86.
―	Haftungsverhältnisse gemäß § 251 HGB bestehen nicht.
